3. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering the results stated in the signed contract, estimate, or written proposal.

  • If you are not satisfied with our services based on the terms outlined in the agreement, you are eligible for a 100% refund within 7 days of project delivery.
  • Refunds are only valid if the client has not confirmed or acknowledged—via signature, written message, text, email, social media review, or any form of communication—that the agreed deliverables have been met.
  • Once the client has confirmed or acknowledged satisfaction, refunds will no longer apply.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any required materials necessary to complete the project. Delays caused by lack of client cooperation may affect delivery timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative content, materials, or deliverables produced by Publired Marketing remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Publired Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
